Dear Mike and Bill,
Just to let you know that we were so appreciative of your performance at the
Lara RSL on the occasion of Andrew’s 60th birthday. To say that Andrew was
surprised , overjoyed, elated and overwhelmed by it, is a major understatement.
I don’t think he has stopped talking about it since then, and he even went
off to sleep with ‘Spectrum plays the Blues’ on his I phone.He urged me to
send on his grateful thanks first thing this morning
Of course all good things come to an end and he has gone off to work with
the obligatory Birthday Cakes for the office staff, but he knows he’ll never
forget his memorable sixtieth birthday.I think we can all second that motion.
I noted one of our young guests wrote on her facebook page ”ripping it up”
at the Lara RSL, great food wine and great music. We also all had a listen
to Breathing Space 3 on the CD at home and that too was so great.
Once again many thanks and a safe trip to Alice Springs which I see noted
on your gig guide.
